Studying at Gippsland Regional Clinical School

Come and study at Gippsland

Come and study in the Gippsland Regional Clinical School, the longest established site of the School of Rural Health. We offer positions at a number of venues within Central, West and Southern Gippsland, providing training experience at sites of varying size and medical complexity. Students can easily complete all of the “25/50” Commonwealth “Rural Stream” training requirements within the training area of the Gippsland Regional Clinical School.

It is easy for your Melbourne based friends to visit you – both major training venues (Traralgon and Warragul) are on the M1 Freeway. They can drive to either site on a dual carriage freeway. Warragul is103kms from Melbourne and Moe (accommodation venue for Traralgon based students) is 135kms. Or they can come by train – 12 services a day!
